Futuro Expenses offers refunds in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian laws. Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of subscription purchase
• Refunds are processed for unused portions of the subscription period
• Processing time: 5-7 business days

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of subscription purchase
• Pro-rated refunds available for unused months
• Processing time: 7-10 business days

3. Free Trial Period

During the 7-day free trial period, you can cancel your subscription at any time without charges. No refund is required as no payment has been processed.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Free plan subscriptions (no charges applied)
• Subscriptions cancelled after the refund eligibility period
• Refunds requested due to violation of Terms of Service

5. Refund will be credited to the original payment method

6. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card (5-7 business days)
• UPI: Refunded to the original UPI ID (3-5 business days)
• Net Banking: Refunded to the original bank account (5-7 business days)
• Digital Wallets: Refunded to the original wallet (3-5 business days)

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• No automatic renewal after cancellation
• Access to premium features will continue until the period ends

In case of disputes regarding refunds:

• We will investigate and respond within 7 business days
• If unsatisfied, you may file a complaint with the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission as per Consumer Protection Act, 2019

9. GST and Tax Refunds

As per Indian tax regulations:

• GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be refunded proportionally
• Tax invoices will be provided for all transactions
• Refund amounts include applicable taxes
